Public Sector Procurement Experience

  • Comprehensive review of a provincial government’s procurement framework and accompanying recommendations and implementation plan
  • Assisted a provincial government in evolving and leveraging their investment in electronic tendering systems
  • Three projects, each involving extensive stakeholder consultation, to examine service delivery options, strategic sourcing approaches, and governance/organizational structures for efficient and accountable ICT service delivery
  • Evaluation of public procurement approaches and associated documents for a provincial broadband expansion initiative
  • Assisted with the development and implementation of a major telecommunications procurement process, including submission review and scoring

  • Bid preparation and presentation assistance for large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g. major law courts, public school board and transportation infrastructure projects)
